CAN A BRAND BRING REVOLUTIONARY ACCESS TO THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA?
The University of California presented its new mission to Post+Beam – to use agile learning tools to prepare primary students for a lifetime of learning. Their vision was to overcome financial, location based, and individual barriers to provide credit based education.
Post+Beam’s solution: Scout, which provides high-quality classes, based on University of California curriculum, to middle and high school students in California, across the nation, and beyond. We developed the Scout brand and website and are currently helping Scout create a Learning Management System for their online classes.
The platform launched in 2013 with 32 classes and was the first online educational initiative from the University of California to use agile methodology. The branding system continues to push the boundaries of the standard for online class interaction with evolving video tutorials, social media presence and targeted marketing.
